Another question for Chris.....Reading the interesting
Arm Angles article got me thinking about my own situation. I went in shortly before Thanksgiving for the standard 'decompression' surgery (bone spurs, bursitis, tendonitis) and unfortunately the surgeon found a 50% tear of my rotator cuff tendon and some minor damage to the labrum.

Getting off to a rough start this year. Josh hurt his knee playing basketball and is out of commission until at least mid-April. Doesn't appear to have ligament damage but he hasn't been able to put his weight on it for the last 10 days. Anyway, good hearing from you. Oh by the way Josh cracked his composite bat in half while "At The Yard" hitting off Tim Grogan. 1 year old easton big barrell and of course I don't have the original receipt.......
